Haier Climate Chambers

[3 Models]

Haier HHS climate chambers provide precise temperature and humidity control for pharmaceutical stability studies, cosmetic testing, food shelf-life studies, electronic-component ageing and packaging-material testing.

Available in three capacities from 256 to 756 litres, the range combines energy-efficient Peltier technology with intelligent control, comprehensive data management and optional ICH-compliant photostability testing.

  • Precise temperature and humidity control
  • Designed for stability studies following ICH guidelines
  • Energy-efficient, low-noise Peltier technology

Precise Environmental Control

Maintain controlled test conditions with temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C and humidity fluctuation of ±1% RH under specified conditions.

Energy-Efficient Operation

Peltier heating and cooling technology reduces energy use, vibration and noise compared with conventional compressor-based systems.

Intelligent Data Management

A 10-inch touchscreen provides historical data, programmable test conditions and user-authority management compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Three Chamber Sizes

Choose from 256, 506 and 756-litre models to suit different sample volumes and laboratory requirements.

Haier climate chambers create controlled temperature and humidity conditions for stability, ageing and shelf-life studies.

Typical applications include:

  • Pharmaceutical stability studies following ICH guidelines
  • Cosmetic product stability testing
  • Food shelf-life testing
  • Electronic-component ageing studies
  • Packaging-material stability testing
  • Controlled temperature and humidity studies
  • Photostability testing with the optional ICH-compliant lighting system

The programmable controller allows laboratories to create customised temperature and humidity profiles for different test protocols.mmes.

Accurate Temperature and Humidity Control

Dual PT1000 temperature sensors and a high-precision capacitive humidity sensor support stable, repeatable environmental conditions. At 25°C, specified temperature uniformity is ±0.5°C and temperature fluctuation is ±0.2°C.

Energy-Saving Peltier Technology

Peltier technology provides heating, cooling and dehumidification without a conventional compressor. This supports low-noise, low-vibration operation and daily energy consumption from 4.6 kWh, depending on the model and test conditions.

Intelligent Touchscreen Controller

The 10-inch LCD touchscreen displays temperature, humidity and ambient conditions. Users can view historical curves and create unlimited programmes with custom temperature and humidity settings.

Long-Term Data Storage

Expandable storage of up to 64 GB can hold as much as 15 years of operating data. Records can be exported through USB for reporting and review.

Multi-User Management

User accounts, permissions and data management functions support controlled access and compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Rapid Environmental Recovery

The airflow system supports fast recovery following a 30-second door opening. Depending on the model, temperature recovery to 40°C takes between three and five minutes.

Comprehensive Alarms

Temperature, humidity, door, sensor and low-water alarms help users identify changes that could affect test conditions. RS485 connectivity and a remote alarm interface are supplied as standard.

Reduced Water Consumption

Intelligent PTC humidification uses approximately 120–320 ml of water per day, depending on chamber size and operating conditions, without requiring waste-water recirculation.

Optional Photostability Testing

Optional illumination cassettes provide ICH-compliant visible and UV-A lighting, with independent control of light intensity and dose for photostability studies.
