Kaye Validator AVS

The Kaye Validator AVS (Advanced Validation System) provides highly accurate sensor measurements, meets GMP requirements for calibration and traceability to national standards, generates compliant reports and manages your validated assets and validation equipment. It offers improved hardware, an easy-to-use data handling concept and an intuitive software interface.

The AVS console is the common platform for all Kaye validation products going forward. It is dedicated to validation, with the software preloaded and ready to go, simplifying the validation process and saving time and money.

Kaye Validator 2000

The Validator 2000 is a standalone thermal validation solution designed to conform with FDA data protection guidelines (21 CFR Part 11) and meet international and European cGMP requirements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device (EN285, EN554) manufacturing. It reduces set-up time, minimises sensor handling, automates sensor calibration and generates the reports regulators require.

Kaye IRTD

The Intelligent Resistance Temperature Device (IRTD) is a secondary standard with a completely self-contained measurement system, including electronics for calibration and temperature conversion. Because its electronics and sensor are calibrated as a single instrument, it removes common sources of error and can cut system error in half. For thermal validation, the IRTD communicates directly with the Kaye system.

Amphenol Kaye LTR Dry Wells

Kaye LTR dry wells use unique inserts that minimise cooling of the thermocouple tips, giving an uncertainty of just 0.1°C. All LTR models heat up and cool down quickly, hold up to 18 thermocouples and need no oils. The LTR communicates with the Validator 2000 for automated pre and post-study calibrations.

Autoclave Pressure Transmitter

An autoclave pressure transmitter for use with the Kaye Validator 2000. It needs no external power supply – it connects directly to the Validator 2000 IRTD port for power, with two wires connected to the relevant SIM channel.
