Our long standing customer Porton Biopharma Limited recently required an urgent upgrade to their temperature monitoring system, which needed to utilise their own existing PT100 probes, due to the thermowell in use. Withnell Sensors supplied a 35-logger SenseAnywhere system which was placed across 15 different rooms.
Before the system was deployed it was configured in-house by our own engineers, the PT100s were spliced using SenseAnywheres PT100 extension cables and the system was functioning by the time all the PT100s were connected. The pre purchased IQOQ documents were approved and executed with minimal delay.

“In April 2020, Porton Biopharma Limited (PBL) approached its existing service provider, Withnell Sensors, with a requirement to upgrade the Data Management System (DMS) used to monitor GMP critical incubators, fridges and freezers within our QC laboratories.
Withnell Sensors were able to mobilise a project immediately and the SenseAnywhere system allowed installation, configuration, commissioning and calibration of an upgraded DMS less than 2 weeks after PBL made initial contact. We received support through the subsequent validation phase and achieved beneficial use after completion of IQ, OQ and PQ of the upgrade after 7 ½ weeks. The result is a fit-for-purpose, cloud-based system which is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and Eudralex Vol 4, Annex 11.”
